Prohibited Tasks
As an Independent Living Facility, these services are expected to be carried out by residents or outside medical professionals:
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care
• Medication administration or set-up; handling/pouring pills
• Vital signs, wound care, injections, skin care
• Transfers, mobility/ambulation assistance, or lifting clients
• Any nursing or therapy services
